Explore Animal Movement with fitness instructor Stephanie Seckington, founder of Get With The Programme. Flow through movements and dynamic stretching to wake up the body, show your joints some love, and improve core, total body strength and flexibility.

Animal Flow® is great training for everybody, from beginners to athletes! It's an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasising multi-planar, fluid movement.

Steph from Get with the Programme is the first to bring an official Animal Flow® class to Bath and it's incredibly exciting to be able to bring this amazing bodyweight training flow to you - live streaming or in real life!

The class structure includes warm-up drills, wrist stretches, static positions, travelling forms and form specific stretches. All this aids mobility, flexibility, increase endurance and strength, and helps with coordination.


Steph has always had a passion for fitness. As a child, she was a gymnast and a competitive runner but the discovery of kettlebells was the catalyst for her journey and commitment to strength training.

In 2008, she took her first kettlebell qualification with the KTA in London and launched Get With The Programme (GWTP) in 2011. From there, the journey reignited her passion for gymnastics. In 2016, spending more time upside down and hanging from rings, she discovered an amazing movement system: Animal Flow. 

Now, with a huge emphasis on educating individuals, Steph endeavours to pass on her professional knowledge in safely building form, focus and strength!
