What?

Bam Bam Boogie is a global Afro-Caribbean inspired dance fitness workout for everyone and anyone. Not only are the sessions SO much fun, but they've been effectively designed to burn fat and build muscle without even feeling like it's exercise.

Not only are the sessions SO MUCH FUN! They are effectively designed to burn fat and build muscle by Bami Kuteyi a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Spin Instructor. Bami founded Dance Fitness Brand "Bam Bam Boogie (BBB)" in May 2016 at Google European HQ in Dublin - it's been growing year by year to serve over 1500 participants and counting.

Who?

Certified Personal Trainer Founder, Bami Kuteyi, moved to Dublin in September 2015 from London/ Toronto. As a young bubbly professional passionate about fun, fitness and female empowerment, there were no real options for her to express all of these passions in one place.

She took it amongst herself to create a program that is not only fun but effective!  Celebrating diversity and encouraging participants to support each other all the while. Read all about her story here.
