Forget stuffing your phone or ipod in your waistband (or down your sports bra ladies), or wires that get in the way of just about everything, these wireless earphones work within a 10 metre range. Pop your phone in your gym bag or even leave it in the changing rooms if their close enough and enjoy your workout beats wire free!

2. Heart Rate Monitor

Want to take tracking your workouts to the next level? Then invest in a heart rate monitor. The chest strap accurately measures your heart rate showing you your calorie burn, your HR training zones plus loads more. 

3. Foam Roller

Because it's hard to fit your own personal masseuse in your gym bag, foam rollers are the next best thing. Foam rolling can help increase blood flow around the body, range of movement and help prevent injury. If your gym doesn't provide them, then take one along to your next session and get rolling!
