Training glutes isn't just about getting a great ass (although it's an awesome bonus!)

Want to be stronger, faster and more powerful? The key could lie in your glutes (your bum muscles)

Our glutes are a big muscle, but because so many of us spend a lot of our time sat on it, it can take a little while to fire them up. If we don't activate our glutes properly, when we partake in strenuous exercise our body can transfer the added impact to other muscles - which can result in injury. Try adding some of the following exercises to your workout routine and start building those glutes today!
