Jude's Handstand Conditioning class takes you through core conditioning exercises to provide you with the correct foundations and alignment so that you can practice handstands safely and effectively.
Handstand training is a long process. There is no quick fix but this class will take you through the conditioning drills and exercises to enable you to build strength and structure where it is needed for handstands. Expect a warm up with cardio and alignments, then we move onto core stability, stamina and handstand drills to get you more confident with being on your hands.
