Pip seeks to create a practice that will serve in the long term; no pushing, no striving for external shapes, but a creation of inner space, realignment, quietude.

NOW Studio presents just two practices - Now Yoga and Now Rest. Their guides are all experienced with over two years teaching under their belt and a real thirst for knowledge as they continue their education past the standard 200 hours.
Their yoga sessions are an honest representation of what that yoga facilitator practices, not what they’ve been asked to teach, real and authentic representation of what is working for them on the mat.
