What?

Skate Tone is putting a new spin on working out this year! Are you ready for a legs, bums and tums class with a difference!

This is an entirely new way to work out... but you better be ready to sweat, as this is definitely not child's play! Skate Tone is a low impact and high intensity class, guaranteed to get the heart racing and smiles all around. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!

Roller skating is a sport that requires a level of strength and general fitness to make certain moves possible. Without a base level of strength it can be impossible to achieve moves such as spinning, one leg moves and even floor work and that's where Skate Tone comes in.

These toning moves can also be replicated with paper plates on carpet or socks on smooth wood floors if you don't have skates.

Who?

Tinuke and Obie are the founders of Play Tone. Play Toe is your playground for fun and fitness - unleash your inner child by joining their regular classes, courses and workshops taught by pro instructors and guest teachers.

Their Skate and Hoop classes will have you getting fit and having fun all at the same time! Join their fun cardio workout to spin you into shape with adult size hula hoops or get to grips with learning the skate basics, before progressing to cool tricks that concentrate on getting you fit.
