Learning to exercise even though you hate exercising

Aside from walking towards things I like or places I have to be, I don't exercise much. I claim there are multiple reasons for this, but it's mostly just because I'm incurably lazy.

I have ME/CFS, which years ago fundamentally affected my ability to function at 'normal' day-to-day levels.  I would sleep all weekend, get home from work, have a bath and got to bed: it wasn't much of a life.
